Your privacy is important to us. Hzera is designed with a privacy-first approach: the app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data whatsoever.
Hzera does not collect any personal information. There are no user accounts, no email collection, no usage analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, and no telemetry of any kind. We do not know who you are, how often you use the app, or what settings you choose.
All app data — including your calibrated frequency, tone amplitude, soundscape preferences, saved profiles, and session history — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Premium purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Hzera never receives, processes, or stores any payment information, credit card details, or billing data. For questions about purchase receipts or refunds, please refer to Apple's privacy policy and support resources.
Hzera does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates entirely offline after installation — no network requests are made during normal use.
Because Hzera does not collect any data from any user, no special provisions for children's data are necessary. The app does not knowingly market to or solicit information from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app with an updated effective date. Since we collect no data, changes are unlikely to affect your privacy in any material way.
